Message from the General Manager
The Technical Higher Institute for Engineering and Petroleum (THIEP) is a subsidiary company of Hajr Group for Technical Education and Traininig. THIEP is one of the ‎pioneer institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to offer technical education and ‎training in Engineering and Petroleum technology fields.
The Institute offers full-time, part-time, short courses and On-the-Job training programs. It offers Diplomas in Civil Engineering and SURVEYING at the moment, and recently commenced diplomas in the following
specializations:‎
‎-‎ Diploma in Mechanical Inspection and NDT Technology
‎‎-‎ Diploma in Geophysical Oil Exploration ‎
It also plans to organize, along with the programs above, short courses in Health and ‎Safety Occupational Training. ‎

Dear Students:
Let me first congratulate you for choosing the right Institute. THIEP is considered to be one of the pioneer institute in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia engaged in the knowledge transfer and in the know how technology in various engineering disciplines. There are four technology options including Civil Technology, Surveying Technology, Oil and Gas Exploration Technology and Mechanical and NDT Technology.
Deciding to enroll in this institute is merely step one in the right direction. However, without your committed dedication and discipline, the wheel of education will bound to stop.
Always keep in mind that success is not to pass the course and not to have a degree but rather to explore your potential and get you engage in the lifelong learning. This kind of attitude is what THIEP is giving to nurture and cultivate in its students.
